Description
Cloth in the colour natural mottled is a strong wool fabric made of 100% virgin wool by the metre. The light natural tone looks calm, original and very easy to combine, while the mottled gives the fabric more depth than a completely monochrome wool white or natural white. As a cloth ( natural mottled 580g ), the fabric has enough substance for coats, capes, warm tunics and jackets. It is 150 cm wide and has a weight of 580 g/mtr.
At 580 g/s.m.m., this cloth is stronger and warmer than lighter wool fabrics with 330 g/m or 480 g/s.m. It is well suited for clothing that needs more stability, warmth and protection without immediately looking like a very heavy coat loden. The mottled natural colour goes particularly well with simple garments, light-coloured outer fabrics, rustic combinations and historical projects with a natural colour effect.
Cloth natural mottled 580g: use and combination
The wool fabric is well suited for coats, capes and warm tunics. This strong scarf can also be suitable for jackets, cowls, cottes, cappa, collars, doublets, trimmings, LARP, reenactment and historical garments . Especially with light-coloured capes, natural outer garments and simple jackets, nature mottled comes into its own beautifully, because the fabric looks calm and yet remains more lively than a very smooth natural tone.
The wool is breathable, windproof and dirt- and water-repellent. This makes the fabric well suited for garment parts that not only look beautiful, but are also practical to use. This is particularly interesting for coats, capes, warm tunics and jackets because the fabric is robust, warming and versatile.
The colour natural mottled can be combined very well with wool, loden, linen and other natural tones. It looks particularly beautiful together with brown, dark brown, grey, black, fir green, Moselle green, rust red, golden yellow, midnight blue or crimson. As a light, mottled natural shade, natural mottled is suitable for calm main clothing as well as for trimmings and harmonious combinations with stronger fabrics.
