Description
Cloth in the colour Fiddle Fig Green is a medium-weight wool fabric made of 100% virgin wool by the metre. The green tone looks natural, leafy green and lively without appearing too garish. Fiddle fig green goes particularly well with garments with a forest, plant and nature effect, but also with coloured trimmings and historical clothing with a fresh green colour effect. As a cloth ( fiddle fig green 480g ), the fabric has enough substance for trousers, tunics, jackets and light capes. It is 150 cm wide and has a weight of 480 g/mtr.
Due to the medium weight, this cloth is stronger than light woollen fabrics, but remains more flexible than a heavy coat fabric. It works well for clothes that need to have some grip without being too heavy. For tunics, trousers, jackets or trimmings, the scarf is a nice choice if you are looking for a natural shade of green with a clear wool effect.
Cloth Fiddle Fig Green 480g: Use and Combination
The wool fabric is well suited for trousers, warm tunics and tabards. This shawl can also be suitable for light capes, uniform parts, jackets, cowls, cottes, cappa, collars, doublets, trimmings, LARP, reenactment and historical garments . Especially with tunics, trousers and jackets, fiddle fig green comes into its own, because the colour looks natural and still visibly brings colour to the garment.
The wool is breathable, windproof and dirt- and water-repellent. This makes the fabric well suited for garment parts that not only look beautiful, but are also practical to use. This is particularly interesting for trousers, tunics, light capes or jackets because the fabric looks robust, but is not as heavy as a dense coat loden.
The colour fiddle fig green can be combined very well with wool, loden, linen and other natural tones. It looks particularly beautiful together with wool white, natural linen, cream white, brown, dark brown, grey, black, rust red, golden yellow or muted blue tones. As a natural shade of green, fiddle fig green is suitable for both main clothing and trimmings and calm combinations with lighter or warm fabrics.
