Our flat rates for shipping and handling include shipping and packaging costs.
Unless expressly requested otherwise, we ship with Deutsche Post / DHL.
For weights over 10kg or bulky goods, we reserve the right to charge the actual costs.
- Germany – Flat rate shipping € 5.80 plus 19% VAT = € 7.50
- Europe – Flat rate shipping € 16,00 – €19,00 plus shipping VAT. (VAT)
- North America; USA – Flat rate shipping € 45.00 + current surcharges € 20.00

Important change from 31.03.2026: Fair, weight-based shipping costs
In order to make shipping fairer and more transparent for you, we will switch from fixed shipping costs to an exact calculation according to actual weight from 31.03.2026.
- You only pay for what it really weighs: Instead of a rigid flat rate, we now charge exactly the postage that DHL charges for the total weight of your ordered fabrics (incl. cardboard 600g). Small orders remain cheap, larger orders are calculated fairly and automatically according to the official DHL rates.
- Always the best rate: Our system weighs your order virtually in the background and automatically selects the appropriate package for your destination country.
- Full transparency: You don’t have to calculate anything yourself. The exact shipping costs for your individual order are always displayed transparently in the shopping cart before you proceed to checkout.
This regulation applies to all shipments within Germany as well as to worldwide shipping.
