Description
Tuchloden in the colour horizon blue mottled is a heavy wool fabric made of 100% virgin wool by the metre. The mottled blue tone looks calm, subdued and natural without appearing too dark or too garish. The mottled gives the fabric more depth than a completely monochrome blue and makes it particularly interesting for larger areas. As cloth loden ( horizon blue mottled 750g ), the fabric brings a lot of substance for uniforms, coats, capes, blankets and robust furnishing projects. It is 150 cm wide and has a weight of 750 g/mtr.
At 750 g/mtr, this cloth loden is one of the heavy woollen fabrics. It is well suited for projects that need stability, warmth and a resilient fabric effect. The mottled surface makes the fabric look more natural and less smooth, which is particularly suitable for historical clothing, uniform representations, LARP, reenactment and rustic wool projects.
