Description
Cloth loden in the colour Light Marble Grey mottled is a strong wool fabric made of 100% virgin wool by the metre. The light grey tone looks calm, natural and very easy to combine, while the mottle gives the fabric more depth than a completely monochrome grey. As cloth loden Light Marble Grey mottled 580g, the fabric has enough substance for coats, capes, warm tunics and jackets. It is 150 cm wide and has a weight of 580 g/mtr.
At 580 g/m, this cloth loden is stronger and warmer than lighter wool fabrics with 330 g/m or 480 g/m/m. The mottled surface makes the fabric look more lively and natural without appearing restless. Light marble grey mottled goes particularly well with garments that should remain simple, bright and versatile.

The wool fabric is well suited for coats, capes and warm tunics. This strong cloth loden can also be suitable for jackets, cowls, cottes, cappa, collars, doublets, trimmings, LARP, reenactment and historical garments . Especially with lighter capes, jackets and simple outer garments, light marble grey mottled comes into its own beautifully, because the colour has a calm effect and accompanies many other colours well.
The wool is breathable, windproof and dirt- and water-repellent. This makes the fabric well suited for garment parts that not only look beautiful, but are also practical to use. This is particularly interesting for coats, capes, warm tunics and jackets, because the fabric appears robust, warming and weatherproof without being described as waterproof.
